Photography for Personal Use
We welcome personal photography while onsite. Please note that tripods are not allowed without a photography reservation and flash is not permitted inside the adobe home.
- If you are posting your photos to social media, please geotag Rancho Los Cerritos and use the hashtags #rancholoscerritos and #LBClovesRLC. We love sharing our visitors’ photos!
- Enthusiasts are encouraged to call Rancho Los Cerritos to make an appointment to take pictures if they are interested in using special equipment or taking more time to shoot a particular part of the site.
- For photography shoots requiring access inside the Historic Adobe House, or Special Event Photography (including wedding or prom pictures), please see the section below.
Special Event Photography
You can use portions of the Rancho Los Cerritos Historic Adobe & surrounding gardens for professional photography sessions such as family photos, birthdays, graduations, dances, reunions, engagements & weddings.
- Hourly rate per session of $150 per hour.
- Extra time can be added while onsite.
- RLC Staff Liaison will grant access to requested secure areas & must accompany your party at all times.
Commercial Photography and Filming
Depending on staff availability and our programming calendar, we offer portions of the site for commercial photography and film projects. Insurance is required and fees are set based on the complexity of your shoot.
