Accessibility

Everyone is welcome at Rancho Los Cerritos. To provide the best possible experience to all visitors, Rancho Los Cerritos strives to increase accessibility in all aspects of the site.

We will provide every accommodation that we are able to. Advance notice of special accommodations is appreciated.

Mobility

Rancho Los Cerritos is located on 4.74 acres. Due to its historic nature, some areas can be challenging to access. We strive to create an equivalent experience for visitors who cannot access certain areas.

With advance notice, we will make every effort to provide special accommodations.

Wheelchair Accessibility

The historic home’s first level and many garden paths are wheelchair accessible. Please refer to the site map for more details.

Rancho Los Cerritos can provide a wheelchair upon request. However, the second story of the historic adobe home cannot be accessed by wheelchair. Instead, we suggest you view it through the virtual tour, which can be found here.

Accessible Parking

Rancho Los Cerritos has plentiful accessible parking in front of the Visitor Center and in the forecourt parking lot.

Continue driving past the golf course and drive through RLCโ€™s entry gates to reach accessible parking.

Service Animal Policy

Rancho Los Cerritos permits dogs and other service animals specifically trained to perform tasks for persons with disabilities. Therapy animals are not considered service animals under the ADAAA 2008. Service animals must be under the control of their handlers at all times.
